DeltacomSucks.com

The unofficial site for officially unhappy Deltacom™ customers

Has your company been thinking about signing-up for Deltacom's inexpensive business phone service? If so, you might want to read about our experiences, posted in the forum below. After you read some of our horror stories, you might decide to shop elsewhere for your communications needs. To put it in a nutshell: At Deltacom, customer service sucks!

In our forums, read about the following:

  • How a $15 monthly "unlimited long distance" plan netted a $250 long distance bill in just two weeks, a bill of over $1,000 in a little over a month, and a bill of over $1,700 at the end of the second billing cycle.
  • The "missing" call waiting that took over two weeks to get connected. (Acutally longer, it took two weeks after we began complaining.)
  • The caller id that still doesn't work as far as we know.
  • And much, much more...

In the meantime, if you have a Deltacom horror story of your own, we'd like to read it. Feel free to post below.
